1PC/LAN Technician - Job Description:
Training
for 40hrs Free by our Tech department,
Salary,
$9 ~ 11/hr
Hours,
20+ hours/week
Responsibilities:
Will
be responsible for performing on-site or in-house Desktop Support servicing,
repair, and installations on desktops, laptops and printers. Provide technical
support in activities associated with the identification, prioritization and
resolution of reported problems. Activities include recognition, research,
isolation, resolution, and follow-up for both Hardware and Software issues as
well as performing general maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to
computer systems.
Specific
Skills and Requirements Include:
A+ Certification (or 1 year PC repair exp. Required for consideration)
B.S.
degree or senior year of college, Computer Science or Engineering Good
organizational skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Minimum 1~ 2 years experience in Hardware/Software support in a professional
environment
In
depth knowledge of Windows 2k, and XP operating systems.
Previous
demonstrated experience in working independently, being able to complete
assigned tasks with minimal supervision, meeting deadlines
Strong
intention to learn Industrial skills.
