Infoserve Institute 2009 USA Summer Camp

Summer Camp Itinerary:

Day 1	Beijing New York	Depart from China for the biggest city in USA, New York, and get JFK at noon next day. Our international representative will come to receive the students. The students would take a rest in school then.	Welcome Soiree. Play around in school (library, internet, ball games, swimming, showroom, etc.) After, inform family for safe arrival. Day 2	New York	An English Test for separating new students into different levels.	Visit Statue of liberty which represent the democratic spirit of USA, and visit the Ellis Island Immigrant Station. Contact family at night.	New York Home stay
Day 3	New York	English Class (Travelling Dialog: airplane, taxi, train, etc. Scene Conversation)	Visit University Columbia which is Rate 6 in USA, write a Memo at night.	New York Home stay
Day 4	New York	English Class (Build vocabulary: school, restaurant, bank, post office, shopping mall, etc)	Visit Wall Street, Rockefeller Center, Time Square, and New York night.	New York Home stay
Day 5	New York	English Class (Build vocabulary: school, restaurant, bank, post office, shopping mall, etc)	Visit Port Washington.	New York Home stay
Day 6	New York Philadelphia	Drive to Washington D.C. through the US rural highway and Philadelphia Clock which is the origin symbol of USA, and arrive at Washington Hotel at night.		Three star Hotel Washington
Day 7	Washington	Visit Jefferson Memorial Hall, Lincoln Memorial, United States Capital, Whitehouse, Washington Monument, Vietnam Veterans Memorial, Korea Veterans Memorial, National Air and Space Museum. Take the students to a post office to buy envelops, letter paper, postcards and stamps. Then send back a letter or post card, and return New York at night.		New York Home stay
Day 8	New York	English Class (Western Culture and Etiquette)	Metropolitan Museum of Art Self-study at night	New York Home stay
Day 9	New York	English Class (Western Culture and Etiquette)	Visit Ground Zero (World Trade Center) and Central Park. Self-study at night	New York Home stay
Day 10	New York	English Class (American Geography)	Visit Untied Nations Headquarters in New York, American Museum of Natural History, then send back the postcard See the Broadway show of Beauty and Beast, Lion King	New York Home stay
Day 11	New York	English Class (American Geography)	Visit New York University, New York Institute of Technology	New York Home stay
Day 12	Boston	Drive to Boston in east coast. Visit Yale University. Boston is famous for education, which is surrounded in the environment of ancient buildings. Visit Invincible Warship (the first wood-make warship in US), Kennedy Library and Waterfront, etc.		Three star Hotel
Day 13	Boston	Visit Harvard University, which consists of 13 professional college, and visit the library, art gallery, art museum, and feel the atmosphere; Visit MIT in the afternoon, which creates the modern high tech professionals, and Charles River.		Three star Hotel
Day 14	New York Beijing	Drive back to JFK, New York and go back to Beijing, China		Beijing

　（note: The English classes will be arranged in Infoserve Technology Institute）
　Memo: After this activity, we would cooperate with some schools, and select some qualified students to American high schools for one year communicative studying, and prepare for admission of top universities like Harvard University. You could ask our office for more details.

Prerequisites:
1. Age 12~19, in junior high school or high school.
2. Basic English communication skills of Listening, Speaking, Reading
3. Personal Passport.
4. Healthy, can self-care.
5. Sign and follow the regulations of host.
Documents:

1. 2 application forms.

2. 4 pictures of applicant in 2 inches.
3. Bank statement of applicant’s parents
4. 1 recommendation letter with the signature of the applicant’s head teacher or president.
5. 1 copy of the household register.
Fares:
1、Application fee：$450/Person, including the assistant fee of vise, evaluation fee, assistance of application form, documents preparing and translation.

2、Summer Camp fares：RMB 32,800/Person

Including:
（1）all the activities;
（2）housing and meals;

（3）flight, airport fee, travelling

（4）tickets, translation in travel, company, management

Not including: passport, vice, personal fee like over-weight luggage, washing, phone, paid TV, snack, personal travel and anything not included in this activity.
Important:
1. Submit the check-list of documents and copies of application forms within 2 weeks after applying. We will pre-evaluate all the documents.

2. The member of summer camp must pay off all the fees and RMB 6,0000 for deposit, one week before vice.
